Ella Stewart Care is happy to announce a successful and smooth transition following its purchase of Always There Nursing and Companion Care. The license officially changed hands this fall, Always There clients continue to be served with the same quality of care and caregivers they were accustomed to, and employees are prepared for a new surge in business.

Ella Stewart Care is a company two years in the making, inspired by the caregiving experiences of its two owners, Jim Stewart and Mike Breschi. Jim and his sister Elaine cared for their mother Ella in the twilight years of her life. Mike and his wife Mary Anne have cared for their developmentally disabled daughter for 24 years. Jim and Mike each knew what it is like to be a caregiver for a family member and each has had to rely on hiring caregivers from outside their families. They knew their business would be focused on Quality care that they could trust with their own families.
