Caregiver Selection

We use the assessments, the Plan of Care, and your preferences to guide our selection of a caregiver for your loved one. The third step in the process is a introduction in your home to a caregiver we bring for you to meet. While we expect your loved one to be at least a little apprehensive about a new person in the house, we know that a good first meeting can be the beginning of long-term friendship, and the very solution your family is seeking to support your loved one living in the comfort of their own home.
Supervision

Be assured that we will checking frequently in the first weeks to make sure that your plan of care and your caregiver are working to your satisfaction.

Communication

Ongoing and consistent communication between your family and our staff is the most important formula for long-term success. Expect regular contact from us to make sure you are pleased with our service.
